Meet Stephanie
Coach, speaker, nonprofit founder, and systems thinker exploring what it takes to build work, businesses, and lives that actually fit.

Why coaching?
The answer is pretty simple: I genuinely love helping people figure out what’s next. I love asking questions, connecting dots, solving complicated problems, and helping someone see possibilities they couldn’t quite see before.
I’m an ICF-certified coach, mom of three, engineer by training, former project manager, former healthcare technology and operations leader, and now a nonprofit founder, speaker, and community builder. These days, my work includes coaching people through career transitions, leading The Empower Network, and speaking and facilitating conversations about disability, entrepreneurship, and economic opportunity.
In 2022, I developed Long COVID, complete with a waterfall of disabling symptoms. It dramatically changed how I work and live. I’m still ambitious, endlessly curious, and a lover of new adventures and challenges, but I’ve also learned to make room for limitations, uncertainty, rest, and a definition of success that looks different than it once did.
Over the years, “adventure” has meant everything from performing as an aerialist at street festivals and tearing out walls in our house.
These days, you’re just as likely to find me reading a book, sitting on the back deck with my husband, cuddled up with a kid watching a show.
Life looks different than I once imagined it would. It is slower in some ways, much bigger in others, and still full of interesting people, meaningful work, laughter, purpose, and new things to learn.
